I started my journey of fermentation with Kombucha!
Kombucha is a fermented tea (black or green) and has been drinking in many parts of the world for medicinal purpose. The fermentation occurs by the Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY).

I got the SCOBY from a friend and started fermenting with black tea on 18 May 2020. It is like never ending process and once you start producing own Kombucha, you can have it for years after years!
The fun thing about it is adding different kinds of flavors. In last one and half months, I have tried Kombucha with orange juice, elder-flower, black current and rhubarb syrups and among them, I really loved the elder-flower flavor and rhubarb flavor. Now I am planning to add some ginger and chili with it to make the flavor tangy and spicy! Let’s see how it turns out 😉 !
